Leadership Team

At Hayward Gardens, our leadership team is committed to upholding exceptional standards. Our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) oversees daily operations, staffing, services, and programs. The Administrator oversees the entire facility and ensures that Hayward Gardens operates safely, ethically, and in compliance with state and federal regulations. They work closely with department leaders to support high-quality care, address concerns from residents and families, and continuously improve the overall experience.

Business Office Team

The Business Office Manager oversees billing, insurance, and financial matters. They work with residents and families to explain coverage, answer questions about Medicare, Medicaid, or managed care plans, and billing concerns. The Marketer builds relationships with hospitals and community partners to help patients and families learn about Hayward Gardens and our services. Their goal is to connect the right patients with the right care at the right time.

Admissions & Records

The Admissions Coordinator manages the intake process once a patient is approved for admission. They coordinate paperwork, verify insurance, communicate with families, and ensure everything is ready for a smooth, organized arrival. The Medical Records Director is responsible for maintaining accurate, confidential, and complete medical records for every resident. They ensure that health information is properly documented, securely stored, and shared only with authorized individuals in accordance with privacy laws. The Clinical Liaison serves as a bridge between hospitals, families, and our care team. They help evaluate whether Hayward Gardens is the right level of care for a patient, coordinate admissions, and ensure a smooth transition into the facility, answering questions during what can be a stressful time.

Professional Nursing and Clinical Staff

The Director of Nursing leads all nursing services and is responsible for the clinical care provided to residents. They supervise nursing staff, ensure care plans are followed, and work closely with physicians and therapists to support each resident’s medical needs. The Medical Director is a licensed physician who oversees the care and clinical standards at Hayward Gardens. They collaborate with attending physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to ensure residents receive appropriate and evidence-based treatment.

Therapy & Rehabilitation Care

Our licensed Physical Therapists (PTs), Speech Therapists (STs), and Occupational Therapists (OTs) design and carry out therapy programs tailored to each resident’s needs. Working under therapist direction, Restorative Nurse Assistants (RNAs) help residents maintain progress through daily activities that improve strength and mobility. This team is led by our Rehabilitation Director, who oversees therapy services, staff, and overall program success. The Director of Rehabilitation leads physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. They work with therapists and the care team to help residents regain strength, mobility, independence, and communication skills. Rehab goals are tailored to each resident’s abilities and goals.

Social Services & Activities

The Social Services Director supports residents’ emotional, social, and psychosocial well-being. They assist with care planning, discharge planning, family communication, and resolving concerns. The Social Services Assistant works closely with the Social Services Director to provide day-to-day support for residents and families. They help coordinate services, assist with paperwork, and ensure residents have access to needed resources. The Activities Director creates and oversees programs that support social engagement, creativity, and quality of life.

Nutrition & Dietary Services

The Dietary Manager oversees meal preparation, food safety, and dining services. They ensure meals are nutritious, appealing, and prepared according to residents’ dietary needs and preferences, making mealtime both enjoyable and supportive of health. The Registered Dietitian evaluates residents’ nutritional needs and develops individualized meal plans based on medical conditions, preferences, and dietary requirements. They work closely with nursing and dietary staff to support healing, strength, and overall wellness through nutrition.

The Environmental Services team oversees facility maintenance, laundry, general housekeeping, and facility cleanliness according to health and safety standards and codes.
