Everyone of my mom’s nurses and cns were excellent. Michael the head cook made special dishes for my mom and made me guest meals twice! Also all of her Physical and Occupational Therapist were fantastic. I can’t remembered both of the bingo and coffee social ladies but they made all the patients feel so welcome. Teresa from admitting was very pleasant!

Mother has been in several Nuring/Rehab Centers and thus is by far her favorite! Food is plentiful and tasty. The staff is friendly & engaging. Just a great experience!

My relative recently stayed at Hayward Gardens Post Acute, and I can’t say enough good things about Nurse Omar. He was always kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. He treated my mother in law with genuine compassion and took the time to keep us informed and answer our questions, which gave us so much peace of mind. It’s clear that he truly cares about the well being of his patients and goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and respected. Thank you, Omar, for your outstanding care and dedication. Hayward Gardens is fortunate to have someone like you on their team.

I had to take my mother in last week, and she can be a tough patient. She doesn’t like hospitals, she gets nervous, and she has a tendency to get snippy with everyone involved. Despite her acting like her usual self, Nurse Omar helped her to relax, feel comfortable, and made the process as easy as it has ever been for us. His patience and kindness made this far and away our best trip we’ve ever had, and moving forward, she will specifically request nurse Omar in the future. Thank you so much for making our visit as painless and enjoyable as possible, Nurse Omar!

Nurse Omar made such a positive impression during my aunt’s stay. He was always professional, compassionate, and genuinely kind, and you could tell he truly cared about his patients. He treated my aunt with respect, was attentive to her needs, and always had a calm, reassuring attitude that meant a lot to our family. It’s not easy to find healthcare professionals who combine skill with such a caring bedside manner, but Omar does exactly that. Overall, our family had a positive experience with the facility. The staff worked hard to create a welcoming and supportive environment, and it was reassuring to know my aunt was in good hands. We’re grateful for the care she received.

My grandpa was here due to some health complications and we were so scared and nervous of nursing facilities however when we first walked through the door we were greeted by Elijah who helped us through our nervousness made sure we were comfortable the first nurse we met was Samir who helped us understand how everything was going to work and the process of being there was simplified by his explanations and care When out first therapy session began it was what we were most looking forward to and Patrick the pt was so good and willing to make sure the session went well his patience went above and beyond what we were expecting I am forever grateful for this place
